Attended/Event Staff Services are for 5 hours

Nutty Party Rentals will provide the trained staff when an attendant is added to your event. We do require that all of our inflatables that are being rented have a person monitoring the unit while it is inflated. We do not require the person supervising the unit to be our attendant however we do offer this service so that if you are unable to staff the unit yourself you have an option available to you to add this to your rental for the time period of your rental. Keep in mind that our attendant pricing is hourly. When you add a Nutty Party Rentals attendant you are adding a staff member who is familiar with our items and familiar with the operation as well as the safety rules and guidelines.

Safety and Enforcement

Safety is of the utmost importance to not only the staff person who is trained to watch your unit but also it is important to ensure our Attendant gets the correct safety training in a combination of state, manufacture, and company policies. We have a safety sheet that is available on-site at our events given to the coordinator that defines the rules and regulations of play and use of the rented equipment. Keep in mind that the job of the Attendant is to enforce the rental rules and regulations to ensure that the event is successful and the safest possible conditions. If we have a problem with a child/adult following the rules we may ask the child/adult to take a little time away from the inflatables, rent items to take time to reflect on their behavior, and ask them to review the rules, if they are able to follow them we may allow them to re-enter the unit and see if they are able to play with the guidelines in mind, however, if we see a safety risk it is our job to make the tough calls and ask the participant to leave the rental item for the safety of everyone around them including themselves.

Hours and Booking your attendant

The pricing for this attendant does not include any overtime hours which would be considered anytime from 10 pm until 7 am the next business day. Our normal operating hours are from 8AM until 6PM daily. If you are considering an attendant for an after-hours and/or holiday engagement the fee would be at the rate of $60 per hour on limited availability.
